1. Log into your WordPress site and opens the Administration Panel.
2. Create Page with Title and Description.
3. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize
4. Open > Homepage Settings
5. Homepage Settings > Features Services Section
6. Choose Desire Icon.
7. Select Featured Page.
8. Publish.
