1. Log into your WordPress site and opens the Administration Panel.
2. Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize
3. Open > Home/Frontpage Setting
4. Home/Frontpage Setting > Section Re order.
5. Drag And Drop Section As Per Your Need.
6. Publish.
